Nia Daniel, PharmD, is entering the second year of her Rutgers Pharmaceutical Industry Fellowships (RPIF) at Novartis. The opportunity has allowed Nia to apply her pharmaceutical knowledge in a dynamic industry setting where she contributes to advancing global healthcare standards.
Nia’s journey has been shaped by her Bluford Healthcare Leadership Institute (BHLI) coordinated internships at Saint Luke’s Hospital of Kansas City with the Director of Inpatient Pharmacy and a second internship at Amgen. Per Nia, the experiences were instrumental in her professional growth and prepared her to succeed in her current fellowship role.
Nia, a member of the 2022 BHLI Cohort, earned her PharmD from Florida Agricultural and Mechanical University in 2024.
